Comments:
After TRS I went off to "The Culinary Instutue of America" to persue my ambition as a chef, and from there I also persued my ambition as a Ski Bum, spending 3 years at a resort in Vermont cooking and skiing, followed by a year in Aspen Co. doing more of the same. Then I moved back to Jersey (1990)and was Executive Chef at Renault Winery for 11 years.
While at Renault I met Deborah, we married in 2000. We have 2 awesome boys Alexander 7 and Harrison 3.
In 2001, I left Renault and went into sales for Sysco Food Services out of Philly were I still work. This alows me much more time with the family, no more working weekends and holidays.
I still enjoy skiing, and in February Harrison (3)will be on skis for the second year. Alexander (7)has no fear (Black Dimaond Skier) and I hope to keep up with him on the slopes at Stowe.
My summer past time is boating and fishing but there never seems to be enogh time to do that anymore.
I have coached Alexander's T-Ball team the last 2 years and this year Rookie league. I think I have more fun than the Kids.
I still stay in touch with George McLaughlin (but that Halloween stuff is all him), Rich Cavanagh (ski and golf) and also Jean (Ridge) Dimm who is my sister-in-law.
